1. The software cannot be used in any situation that violates copyright laws. This includes making copies (except for backup), reproducing, modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, using Disassembling techniques to create derivative products from the software, or any other decoding method. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Winco. All permitted copies of the software under this License must contain all copyright notices and an original copy of the same.
2. WINCO does not provide any warranty regarding the use of the programs and services that make up the Winco DDNS.
3. Under no circumstances will WINCO or its business partners be individually or jointly liable for damages caused by the use or inability to use this software or for the unavailability of the service. This includes loss of profits, moral and material damages, and any software issues that cause problems in the company's work. By using the DDNS system, you accept WINCO's responsibility under the laws in force in Brazil.
4. The email registered with the WINCO DDNS service will not, under any circumstances, be made available to third parties. In addition to information related to DDNS, such as maintenance, updates, potential changes, and domain additions, enhancements incorporated into the system, as well as how to operate DDNS in the best way possible, WINCO may, at its discretion, send messages with announcements of its products. These messages will never be sent more than once a month.
5. Subdomains made available to clients may not be used for illegal or questionable purposes, such as: hosting malicious software, hosting content that violates copyright or other laws, hosting copies of websites that do not belong to the account owner, and similar uses. If Winco receives a notification of misuse from security incident response services (CSIRT) of banks and/or government entities, Winco may make the subdomain unavailable until the matter is resolved and temporarily block system access until the owner identifies themselves and proves the legitimacy of the data provided at registration.
6. This software is made available as Freeware (free), and no guarantee of uninterrupted functionality is provided. Any system maintenance can be performed without prior notice, and WINCO is not responsible for partial or total service interruption if there is a problem with our systems.
